Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data accessed from QuickBooks. Power View Analytics Inc. does not claim ownership of customer data.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Power View Analytics Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if:

Customers may revoke access at any time by disconnecting the integration.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
