The Service enables authorized customers to access, extract, and analyze their own QuickBooks data for internal reporting, analytics, and business insights.

You agree to:

Use the Service only with QuickBooks accounts you own or are authorized to access
Use the Service solely for lawful, internal business purposes
Comply with all applicable laws and third-party platform terms, including QuickBooks’ terms

Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data accessed from QuickBooks. Power View Analytics Inc. does not claim ownership of customer data.

Availability and No Warranty

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Power View Analytics Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if:

These Terms are violated
Access is revoked by the customer
Required by law or third-party platform policies

Customers may revoke access at any time by disconnecting the integration.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a revised “Last updated” date.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
